Nordic Spruce (Picea abies)

  • Bright white, uniform color with no distinction between heartwood and sapwood.
  • Dried knots and long, sound sections.
  • Easy to process with various tools, suitable for construction, joinery, and finishing.
  • High durability with low weight makes it ideal for construction.
  • Product options include:
    • Qualities: U/S, V, VI, S/F (with or without VI)
    • Moisture content: Green or KD (8-18%)
    • Dimensions: From side boards (16/19/22/25×75–225 mm) to larger sizes
    • Lengths: 2.7–6.0 m (Finland); 2.7–5.4 m (Sweden & Norway)
    • Custom grading, special dimensions, finger-jointed, end-trimmed options
    • Certified: PEFC and FSC®

Nordic Pine (Pinus sylvestris)

  • Grows with a very regular, even structure; tight-knotted and straight logs.
  • Suitable for interior decoration and construction, also for exterior when impregnated.
  • Processing is straightforward with standard tools.
  • Product options include:
    • Qualities: U/S, V, VI, S/F (with or without VI)
    • Moisture: Green or KD (8-18%)
    • Dimensions similar to spruce, including special profiles like lamellas and rift/semi-rift grains.
    • Lengths: 2.7–6.0 m (Finland); 2.7–5.4 m (Sweden & Norway)
    • Certified: PEFC and FSC®
